What is an Escape Room?
It's the new trend in entertainment! A way to escape the routine while challenging your mind with friends. It usually takes place in a themed venue that matches the story you will experience.
There, you will need to solve puzzles and logical challenges to pass a series of tests that will lead you through doors until you find the exit.
What is the minimum age to play?
Our rooms are designed so that everyone has the opportunity to play.
However, we have recommendations depending on the difficulty or theme of the room.
For younger players, we have The Tournament of the 3 Wizards.
The Witch Hunt and The Dark Relics experiences are for ages 14 and up.
Children under 14 must be accompanied by at least 2 adults.
Where are the experiences located?
Magic Academy Madrid is located at Calle Ros de Olano, 9.
Magic Academy Valencia is located at Carrer d'Alcoi, 6.
In Madrid, the nearest metro line is line 4, and the closest station is Prosperidad.
You can also arrive by bus with lines 1, 9, 29, 52, 73, and N2.
The Prosperidad neighborhood has regulated parking: blue zone (visitors) and green spaces (residents).
In case parking is difficult to find, we have an agreement with a parking lot at Calle Luis Cabrera number 82. Bring us your ticket so we can stamp it, and you'll receive a discount when paying for parking.
In Valencia, the nearest metro line is L7. The closest train lines are S1, S2, and L6. You can also arrive by bus with the following lines: H2, H4, V13, V9, 123.
What type of clothing should I wear?
No special attire is required, but we recommend wearing comfortable clothes and sneakers.
Can pregnant women play?
Yes, our rooms are safe for pregnant players.
However, we always recommend mentioning it in the comments or contacting us if you have any doubts.
Can people with disabilities or medical conditions play?
Our experiences can be played by people with disabilities, but there may be some limitations depending on the room.
The same applies to heart conditions and other medical issues.
We advise contacting us at 610 42 48 80 before booking, explaining the circumstances in detail so we can help you choose the best experience and prepare it for specific needs if possible.
What happens if we arrive late?
Punctuality is very important; any delay can affect your game time.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the booking will be canceled without any refund or rescheduling.
What if an extra person joins at the last minute?
Prices will be adjusted at the end of the experience based on the number of participants.
Is there a feeling of claustrophobia?
Our facilities are designed for comfortable play, allowing 6 people to move freely.
However, some areas or rooms may use low lighting as part of the experience.
In any case, we have emergency mechanisms in place if any player wants to leave the game early.

Alcohol and other substances?
We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone who arrives under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
In this case, the experience will be canceled without a refund or rescheduling.
Can we have more than 6 players?
The minimum and maximum number of players depends on the experience.
The minimum number of players indicated for each game is enough to complete it, but the challenge will be more difficult.
The experience with the largest capacity is The Tournament of the 3 Wizards, accommodating up to 20 people.
If your group exceeds the recommended number for a game, please contact us at 610 42 48 80 so we can advise you on booking multiple experiences.

Can we cancel a reservation?
Cancellations are not allowed, and no refunds will be issued.
Since this is a leisure activity with a specific execution date or period, the right of withdrawal does not apply under section l) of Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
Can we modify a reservation?
Changes to the experience, date, or time are not allowed within 48 hours of the scheduled time (unless you have the reservation insurance, in which case changes are allowed up to 12 hours before).
If more than 48 hours in advance, rescheduling may incur a fee of up to €10 for administrative costs.
Changes can be made either by selecting a new specific date and time or by receiving a coupon that can be used later without a set date.
This coupon is valid for 3 months.
Once redeemed, the reservation date cannot be postponed again.
